BEAUTY
Do you really want to be plastering your skin with a bucket load of synthetic chemicals that could potentially do you harm? I don’t think so – and yet, that is what many women unwittingly do. The regulations for skincare safety in the U.S. are not very stringent and so we Gorgeously Green Girls need to get savvy about our skincare choices.

Don’t be fooled by the pseudo scientific claims that many of the major skincare companies make and know that organic and truly natural skincare will protect your health and keep you looking younger anyway.

A holistic approach should always be taken to skincare. The skin isn’t separate from the rest of your body – hello! So if you are healthy internally, its likely that your skin will glow. In my opinion, your nutrition is just as, if not more important, than what you actually put on your skin. So try to work from the inside out.

The great news is that a crop of quite wonderful organic skincare lines are now showing up all over the place, so we can begin to nourish our skin in a way we never thought possible.
