RELAX BATH OIL
I love to use aromatherapy bath oil for either PMS and/or relieving anxiety. This is my favorite:
3 drops cypress oil
5 drops German chamomile oil
10 drops geranium oil
15 drops lavender oil
4ounces almond oil
Mix all ingredients together well and pour into a dark, glass bottle. When ready to use, pour under running bath water.
