As we head into flu season, I like to include a few more antibacterial products in my bathing routine. This is an excellent body wash and hand soap.

1 16 -ounce bottle of unscented liquid castille soap

8 drops of the following essential oils: peppermint, tea tree, lavender

1 tsp of jojoba oil

Tip: You can buy all of the ingredients at Mountain Rose Herbs.

You can add the oils directly to the Castille soap bottle, and shake well. Simply keep it in your shower and shake well before each use.
