You can use this handy and very inexpensive spray all around your kitchen (wooden boards, granite counter, fridge/freezer etc). It’s also anti-bacterial.

1tsp borax

1/2tsp washing soda crystals

2tbsp white vinegar

1/2 tsp liquid castille soap

2 cups of very hot water

20 drops tea tree oil

24-ounce sprayer

(If you hate the smell of tea tree, try adding lavender or lemongrass)

1 Mix the borax, washing soda, vinegar and castille soap in a large measuring jug. Slowly add the hot water.

2. Allow to cool before adding essential oils.

3. Pour into sprayer and it’s ready for use.

Tip: Write the recipe in marker on the side of the sprayer, so you’ll have easy reference when you need to re-fill.
